Who We Are
We are passionate about ‘unlocking the growth potential’ of people, companies, organizations and institutes in a measurable, controllable and pragmatic way.
What differentiates us is that we adopt a scientific approach to growth, based on the biotic growth process that we translated to different business disciplines. The resulting methodology – Biotic Brand Cultivation® – is an approach with related tools designed to provide managers real growth results, with more control, in less time; offering more precision, more accountability, more in-depth insight, more measurability and more relevance. We call this new paradigm ‘bioticonomy’. This means to manage the household (personal, company, institutions, planet, etc…) from a ‘living’ point of view. We look at challenges as we would look at an organism – holistic – interrelated. Instead of seeing things as separated parts, we always challenge ourselves to see the interaction between parts. This enables us to better predict the impact choices have on a larger scale.
We believe – with to the risk of sounding arrogant – that our approach is unlike any other and that it is the most comprehensive methodology on the market, delivering you unprecedented insight and control.
In order to stimulate sustainable growth and we have identified 3 key laws of growth that have become the blueprint of our services.
- First we look at the nature and the quality of a brand or company DNA. If the brand or company DNA is deficient or weak, then more investment and efforts in communication or marketing will not make a brand or company stronger.
- Second, we look at the quality of the relationship between a brand or company and the different stakeholders. The easier a brand or company is replaceable, the lower its value and the more efforts are required to attract, keep and bind stakeholders.
- Third, we look at the environment of a company or brand to detect whether it is favourable or hostile to growth. Even with the best brand or company DNA and the best strategy, all can be lost if the environmental quality is not assessed and dealt with. If a growth environment is challenging or hostile, the level of invested resources will need to be reconsidered to reach the desired goals.
The common factor you will find in all our work – whether it is marketing, branding or merger and acquisitions – is ‘communication’. Our company will always deal with communication issues in every part of a company.
We believe strongly that departments within a company need to work together to increase the value of the intangible assets of a company. Therefore we have developed a number of tools that allow different departments to contribute to the same tools, provide meaningful insight into the process and together influence growth.
